The Association provides the minutes of the regular monthly Board meetings to keep Members of the Association informed.
Since this website can be viewed by anyone, the minutes do not list attendees who are merely observing, details of contract
negotiations, names of delinquent payers, or topics subject to attorney-client privilege.
If an owner wants to receive a copy of the actual minutes, they can email the Association's address,
info@sanelijohills1.org, and request a copy. The Association may charge a
fee to provide these copies per the State law.
Questions, comments, complaints or concerns should be addressed to the Association's email address at
info@sanelijohills1.org. All emails will be reviewed and responded to
within a few days. Please remember that the Board members are volunteers who live in our community. Please
be respectful of their privacy and do not call them, visit them at home, or email them at their private email addresses.
